What is Atomic exactly?

Atomic Transport is a bulk waste hauling company that operates across the country primarily in the Midwest and Southeast. 

We are looking for safe and reliable class-A drivers to join our team. Atomic drivers will be assigned brand new Kenworth trucks and will not be slip seating! 

Day shift hours, home every night and on the weekends!

Job Overview

Drivers are expected to meet a certain load quota per week based on the Terminal location, distance to the landfill, and the route taken to the landfill. At some terminals, drivers are required to make 4 loads per day, while at others, landfills are farther away and only 2 loads are possible. Our drivers are required to tarp each load in accordance with company policy. Our drivers are paid per ton, and driver pay rate is specialized to each location.

Pay varies depending on the terminal location.

Benefits

All atomic employees are eligible for paid holidays day one! The four paid holidays are: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Fourth of July.

Atomic employees are paid weekly, and we highly encourage direct deposit.  

Drivers will be assigned a truck and there will be no slip seating.   

Atomic drivers will earn paid vacation time: 1 week per year after 12 months, 2 weeks per year after 36 mos., and 3 weeks per year after 7 years being with the company.

Health insurance is available and includes vision. You will have access to a health savings account, in which Atomic Transport will contribute $500 per year, tax deferred. You may also contribute to this account via your paycheck. All employee contributions are also tax deferred.

Qualifications

While Safety is our top priority, it really just comes down to these three things. 

2 years verifiable Class A experience, safe driving record, reliable transportation to the terminal M - F.
